Return, Refunds & Replacement
We do not have a RETURN/REFUND policy. But in-case you receive a damaged product, email us images of the damages on
firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “Replacement Request – “Order Number” within 2days from delivery. We will examine the damage and if genuine we will share a shipping address to which you would have to courier back the product. Once the product is received, please email us a soft copy of the courier bill and the charges will be refunded to your account. After receiving the courier, we will courier a new piece to you as a replacement.
Cancellation by Site / Customer
Once the order is placed customers cannot CANCEL the order. In case shipping or contact information provided by the customer is wrong. If we are unable to reach out to the customer by any means. In such a case the order will be CANCELLED without intimation and any payments already made by the customer for the order will be refunded.
